11 adventurous members in 7 cars showed up at Watermark Books for the start of our poker run.  After some breakfast and catching up, the poker run route was revealed!  Our first stop was Janes Landing, a small coffee shop in Mulvane.  The coffee shop owner was thrilled to have us and enjoyed taking pictures of our beautiful cars in her parking lot.  Our next stop was Bartlett Arboretum in Belle Plaine.  The caretaker, Robin Macy, greeted us as we stretched our legs and explored this amazing expanse of trees and flowers.  After working up an appetite we next headed to the Boudreux Burger Barn in the little town of Peck.  The patrons were quite surprised to see a string of Mercedes-Benz vehicles pull into the parking lot.  Our final stop was back in Wichita at Central Standard Brewing, a very nice microbrewery.  Everyone was dealt their fifth and final card and then the poker hands were presented.  The best hand was two pairs!  A Kansas Guidebook and a book about World War 2 era Mercedes in the US were handed out to the top two poker hands.  Everyone else got to select from some other prizes.  All in all it was a beautiful day for a drive and everyone really appreciated the route.  We even had two brand new members show up to take part in the adventure!
