Our road trip to Enid for the Annual Cimarron Council Boy Scouts of America Car Show is on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
We will meet at 8am at Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q, located at 3437 West Memorial Road, Oklahoma City to drive to Enid as a group. We plan to leave Rudy’s around 8:30 for our drive to Enid arriving at the Garfield County Fairgrounds located at 111 West Purdue Avenue, Enid at approximately 10am.
We have a reservation for lunch at Callahan’s Pub & Grille, 220 North Independence Street, in Enid. After lunch we will make the quick trip over to Messer-Bowers Insurance to tour John Bowers’ Auto Collection (*or for those that prefer to visit Simpson’s Old Time Museum will head there).
*Depending on interest, we are planning an alternative outing for those that wish not to tour Mr. Bowers’ Auto Collection, a trip to Simpson’s Old Time Museum. We will have to notify the museum in advance if we choose to visit the museum. If you are interested in this alternative, please advise Jeff Leatherock via email or phone asap. If interest is low, we may elect to bypass the museum.
